Vouchers

Voucher can be spend in store towards Jewellery collections, Workshops, transformations and Commissions within 6 months from the start date shown. Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that all order & bookings must be placed while the voucher is valid. Failing to do that will result in the voucher value to be lost. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the voucher is redeemed on time and towards an amount that equals or exceeds the value of the voucher as the balance will not be refunded. Vouchers are not redeemable toward any repairs, valuations, engraving, hallmark or postage.

Deposit

A deposit may be required prior to booking a Commission, Repair, Workshop or to reserve/order a piece of jewellery from the store. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.

Return

. This can be done within 14 days from purchase. In return, the customer will receive a voucher equal to the value of the return (see section “Voucher” for details). The returned item must be un-used and undamaged and include presentation of the original receipt. Only jewellery from vintage and bespoke collection can be subject to return. Transformation and commission items are exempt from return or refund.

Refund

In the unlikely event that we have booked your jewellery for repair, transformation or commission and that we have not been able to carry out your order, we may offer a cash refund for any deposit paid or a voucher equivalent to the deposit. We do not offer cash refund for any of our jewellery and services otherwise.

Guarantee

– Repairs are guaranteed 3 months from collection. This covers manufacturing defaults for the repairs undertaken only.

– Commissions and transformations are guaranteed 6 months from collection. This covers manufacturing defaults only.

– Jewellery Items are guaranteed 6 months from collection. This covers manufacturing defaults only.

– Workshops: any jewellery completed during a workshop will not be guaranteed for repair.
